I told them I knew they were spam. They had the last 4 of my s.s. number. I think they are Hackers too.

Call every day from a different number looking for a person I know saying they do not have their number , call from a different number each time

They called me again today and they are "OBNOXIOUS". If they tell you it's a "personal business matter", know that it's a collection agency and these people are ignorant, annoying and stupid. BLOCK THEM...

This is one of Portfolio Recovery's many numbers, they will also call you to try and collect on a debt you have already settled with them. They are cheap, they call and leave no message.

They called, but I didn't recognize phone number so didn't answer and they never leave a voice message. They just keep calling. Put them on my block list.
