I have had these people calling me for some time. I have them blocked, but they still keep calling. The phone number does accept text messages though

I get calls from this number as well as a few others with the exact same incomplete message playing. How do I get these calls to stop?????

yes and when I call back it gives busy signal

I receive a call from this number regularly, however when I accept the call, no one speaks up. Also, when I call back, the line doesnt get connect. Hence I am thinking that this could be categorized as a spam
