We have had it! These scumbags are just messing with us. They have some sort of device on their line that seems to get through, even though they are BLOCKED. I have asked them to stop calling...we dont want to receive any more calls from them because they make noise in the phone and NEVER say anything...and you can hear them breathing and when you ask who is calling and why they keep calling....they hang up LOUDLY just to hurt your ear! I have called them back and left a message to remove us, and if they persisted they would be reported to the FCC and FTC, etc, and they would be prosecuted because we are on the NO CALL LIST....which I am beginning to think is a joke. Why these harassers get through after we have blocked them, is beyond me....but they dont know who they are messing with and now they have gone to far!
