The number calls no one is there when o answer and no messages. Calls multiple times a day

The number 623-745-1843 is just calling me over and over and over. I tried answering a few times, but no one answers back. Minutes before this started, I was getting calls from an Unknown name and number. When I answered that call, I got a recording, "Congratulations! You have just...." I hung up.
Rang once and left no message. Several others sites report this number as the Free Cruise scam.
