Yes this is Midland Collections. they never leave a message and are quite persistent. not quite to "Portfolio Recovery Associates" level of bad. i have about 12 of their numbers marked now.
if the value of my now paid off car goes below the state maximum limit they'll get a bankruptcy lawyer to answer them. then them AND Portfolio Recovery can bite me.
