When I asnser they hang up on me. They've called 4 times today. One time my husband answered the phone and they asked for me, and when I answered, they hung up.

This is a telemarketing scam where they claim to be affiliated with Visa and Mastercard and try to get your credit card info. They call themselves "Unlimited Training" or "United Merchants".
