Claiming to be calling for my credit card company offering lower interest or some other such nonsense.

It's important, it's about my credit card (I don't have a credit card, so this is spam, unsolicited and repeated harassment). They call weekly, daily, sometimes more than once a day, sometimes from the same numbers (I save the number and put it on no-ring). Sometimes the calls come from all zeroed number???? When I do get a phone number and try to call them back to tell them not to call me anymore, there's a prerecorded message telling me that the number is out of order, or the number doesn't work. I can't tell them not to call me because the call is prerecorded and their phone number doesn't work. I no longer listen to the full msg, I usually hang up after they say it is about the credit card (that I don't have). It's the same message over and over again called to my cell phone by different phone numbers, and it's always the same. When I do stay on the line, it hangs up on me.
