Got another call at home this time, the last one was at work. They said I had to call another number to find out more about my case. I called just to see what this was about. He told me I was going to jail today unless I paid them. When I told him this was fraud he ask me if I always went around breaking the law, when I laughed he asked me if I thought I was KING of America. I told him we don't have kings here and before he calls again to get familiar with our politics. LOL. What a joke. This is for sure a scam and I think they got my number from an online payday advance request. Thank goodness they have my google voice number so I can block them as spam. Not sure how to keep them from my work though.

I just got the same call but he said his name was roger clark. Told me I had to pay money today or I was going to jail. Gave him a fake card number. Now I want to change my number.

THIS SAME PERSON JUST CALLED MY OFFICE AND CELL PHONE TELLING ME HIS NAME WAS DAVID MILLER AND HE WANTED ME OR MY ATTORNEY AT HAND TO CALL HIM ON HIS HOT LINE NUMBER SPOKE TO LOCAL POLICE THIS IS ANOTHER SCAM PLEASE JUST HANG UP ON THEM

i received this phone call today at my work and on my cell phone they threaten to have me arrested at my work they knew my ssi and my email address and my home my address i feel very scared and dnt know what to do

i received this phone call today at work telling me a i had a criminal frud case ending they new my ssi number they knew my address they threated to have me arrested at my work they called me on my cell and threated me it scared me cause i am a single mom of three and i was threated.

I got two phones calls from these people and just like everyone else I was told that they had filed criminal charges against me and when I asked for a docket number i was called an ignorant B!tch by someone named Dave Miller. Becareful folks these people are trying to run you dry. I spoke to my bank and they verified this was a scam.

this guy call said he was scott nickelson and he was an attorney he got me about three month ago now hes calling back they got me for 499.00

Caller called my work, gave the name of Dave Miller. I called back,they wanted info on me. I refused. I had someone similiar calling for about 3 months previously and they finally gave up. Read it was a scam, pay us or go to jail/we'll sue, whatever. Do they really think that legitimate businesses or cops or lawyers work that way?

very similar to the other complaint. Caller said his name was Sean Wolfe. He told me I was being indicted for some international fraud charge for taking a money loan into my checking account and not allowing them to get their money back. He further explained that the company had written it off as bad debt yet at the same time they were fileing criminal charges against me. I know a little something about banking laws so I stopped him right there. I told him look buddy, I haven't had a checking account, credit card, nor any kind of account or loan for over ten years so what your saying is impossible and until I see some paper work, legitimate paper work, you can f yourself and don't ever call me again. He replied by wishing me good luck in the court room then and how sorry he was for me.

What ever happened with this? Same exact thing happened today. Same number. He said he was Sean Wood, but I am guessing it could have been Sean Wolfe? I could not understand him well.

Caller: Same oversears voice as many previous callers all using very typical American names like John Howell, etc.
