They harassing me n my family

I'm receiving telephone calls from this number that I owe them money and I know I did not sign up with them.

These are people who move from place to place before they get caught. DO NOT TALK TO THEM. THEY USE SEVERAL DIFFERENT NUMBERS. If you have applied for anything online they get your info somehow but do not have it all. Do not send them MONEY. It is not a law office and they go by several different names. TOTAL SCAMMERS. I usually call them back and mess with them but then I tell them they are total dickheads and hang up.

yep! got a call from them too, I refuse to answer numbers I do not know. I dont know if they are in relation to another call I received from a different number last week demanding money and saying that they will come to my work and serve me papers and embarrass me. I just had my friend call them and say he was representing me, and that what they are doing is illegal and to NEVER call my work number or harrass me again. Apparantly, they were extremely apologetic and I havent heard from them since.

Heavy accented man called me back to back this morning telling me they're an attorney and had 2 actions filed agaist me from payday loan company Direct Deposit USA which I don't and never had. When he told me he had proof it deposited in my account I asked him for the date because I was looking at my acccount on line. He got very anger and told me just have you laywer call and hung up. They also use 310-693-2406 to call from. This has to be a scam.

Received a call from these folks this morning. Wanted my attorney's name and number as they said I owed PaydayUSA. I think they were surprised I have an attorney as I filed a Chapter 13 in May and listed all my creditors. Then they tried to tell me that their type of payday loan was exempt from banktrupcty. I kept asking that they mail me written proof and kept being told that they couldn't as all the paperwork was in the court system. What was scary is that they did have my social security #. I told them I was looking up the phone number for my attorney to give them, but while I was doing that I kept asking questions - finally the guy said just have my attorney call him. i tried to call back on the phone number of 626-239-3142 and was told it was not a working number.

They brought your information from a pay day loan company, from online. Most likly you didn't go through with the loan, but you already placed your personal information in, to obtain a payday loan online. It sucks but they can't do anything but call, so every time they call, just tell them they have the wrong number and hang up. If you placed any referals down on your application, call your friends and family, and tell them to say they don't know you and hang up. These people refuse to mail out anything, and allow you to speak to someone who is in charge. Also, download call blocker on your phone, and add every number they try to call from, this way you don't even have to be borther by it.

they been calling threatening me about lawsuit. for money I had not received from them at all. I have bank statements to prove, they have been trying to run scam on me to giving them my information of my banking that they somehow got on-line. I told them not to call me anymore or I will persecute them to the full extent of the law.

It looks like a scam to me as well. I was called for the first time today. Bad thing is, they are calling me at work and I'm not sure how they got this number. There are only two common things with me that I read in the previous messages, I have a Federal Student loan, and although I have never taken a Payday loan, a friend of mine did use me as a reference and he might be in default. But honestly, I think its a scam so I won't encourage them by calling them back.

today i received a call from this number saying they were an attorney and i needed to pay back a loan and once again this person had a very strong accent i told him i was going to call the police if he called my phone again

What a joke, they have no paper work, they do have my info but they cant give me any proof that it was me in writing. asked for address and they gave me a fake address no law office in that city with that name!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! total scam they dont what pay day loan company it was from theye name 5 other sites and say its all online only...dont give them the time of day its fake.

This woman keeps calling for an emmployyee that does not work here. We have told her taht many times and asked her not to call.

They are calling my work, my home and my cell phone. I have not answered. One day, I hit ignore on my cell phone and my phone immediately ran again. Everytime I hit ignore, it would ring. I have 10 calls in less than 2 minutes. I finally just let it ring and go to voice mail. A lady with a very strong accent is leaving messages saying that she is from an attorney's office and they have a claim against me and if I don't call back that they will call my manager. My husband picked up the phone at the house when they called and he called me questioning me about the call. They are telling him that I have an outstanding payday loan with Payday USA that was due 2 months ago. I don't have a clue what they are talking about. They have my name, home/work/cell number and my social security number. When I told my husband I had looked the number up online and seen it was a scam, he called them back requesting paperwork and they would not send it - they kept telling him they would send it in 48 hours. He asked for a supervisor and he could hear them laughing in the background and he said they kept hitting buttons then would come back on the phone saying "leave a message at the beep" then the person would say "beep beep". I will be checking into filing charges against these people.
