I work for a Department of Corrections. These people had the audacity to call my work and run this scam. I almost got terminated for being told on a recorded call I have activate warrants and criminal charges pending against me. I filed a police report and plan to pursuit this to the fullest extent of the law for scamming, interstate fraud, harassment and existential stress.

I got a call from this number today twice but i did not answer. I looked the number up online and it turns out they are scammers I know now never to answer this call. I'm going to block there number. They need to get real job and stop trying to get money from other people.

The guy that called ws named Christoper Robertson. He gave me my social security numer and said I owed 304.00 AND THAT i NEEDED TO GET A PREPAID VISA CARD TO HANDLE THIS DEBT OR ELSE, IN TWO DAYS I WOULD BE GOING TO JAIL. HE SAID I NEEDED TO TALK TO AN ATTORNEY TO HANDLE MY CASE. I TOLD HIM TO FAX ME TH INFORMATION SHOWING MY SIGANTURE ON THE LOAN DOCUMENTS, THEN HE HUNG UP. HE KEEPS CALLING MY WORK NUMBER WHICH IS 615-244-1440

Called me at work claiming that I owed some payday loan company money. Never done a payday loan even threatened with my court which I laughed and told them my lawyer would be in touch at which time they hung up on me.

Heavy accent - telling you there is a legal problem and don't provide further information. They always wish you good luck if you don't call them back saying things like you'll be arrested, and your check will be withheld-- I work for the federal government and tell them they are calling the Department of Justice and that doesn't faze them one bit. I don't owe them any money, never have, never will.

they claim to be a law firm. telling you There's a case against you with your social security number. but all they are trying to do is extort money from you.
