Statement left: "Treasure department regarding a Tax Fraud against your name. Ignoring this will be an initial attempt to avoid initial appearance before magistrate judge, or a grand jury for a federal criminal offence. So before this matter goes to Federal Claims Court House, or before you get arrested, kindly call us back."

I called the number back from a Trunked number (not my own cell phone) and a man with Moderate-Heavy Asian accent answered stating he was with IRS. Not a great connection, and with a lot of noise in the background.
