I have received the same call several times a day everyday for the past several months (?) They claim I am in debt for $6000 at a rate of 29.9% interest. Or, perhaps this is a message they use to continue to harass me. I am not in debt and don't anticipate being in any. I have asked them several times to have my number taken off of their calling list. Their operators have been rude to me telling me I need a code to get off of their list when I questioned the operator about this odd requirement she told me that I was "the dumbest person she had ever spoken to" and continued to berate me with what she perceived as insults ("that I must not be married . . . must not have anything better to do with my time ... and that I was harassing them).

At any rate, from the information I gathered (I don't know how accurate this is), the supervisor's name is "Marcus" the operators are located on 14373 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida 32050. The supervisor "Marcus" works on the 33rd floor and the operators are located on the 30th floor.

The phone number shows up as a California number and I was told that their so called "agents" are located there.

I have called my telephone company and they are getting in touch with their legal department and will call me back. I will need to have a subpoena issued (to do this call 311 and request information about how to proceed with this) to get the phone records from my telephone company and I plan to take legal action, not only against this company but the many others that do not take my number off their call list and continue to harass me on a daily basis. These calls have added up to a number of lost work hours. At this point legal action should be worth my while.

I urge strongly that anyone in the same situation do the same. Telemarketers are getting more desperate especially as the economy weakens and as more people inevitably will find themselves in debt. All of us regardless of whether we are in debt or not likely will receive more telemarketer spam calls. As it is 10-50 a day is far more than acceptable. Change will only occur if we all take action, whether it is harassing them back or taking legal action.

Got a call from this number about credit card relief. I called the number back and it was of a different company in Montana. The number that the credit card people are using is apparently being spoofed which indicates a potential scam.
