I am receiving the same calls and thes jack offs will not stop..i am still trying to find the computer that is doing this .....I am writing the FCC about this

Caller ID "Cell Phone CA 626-273-8212" no message. 3rd time in two days. Calling back yields a recording "this call is blocked. If you think you've received this in error please customer service hotline". No number provided to call. Annoying but not the end of the world.

This was from "card services" about lowering my interest rate. Every time I ask them to remove me from their list, or ask to speak to a supervisor, they hang up.
