I kept getting a call from a 714 # and when I would ask to remove my name they just hung up. I contacted the FTC to file a complain and then I called Digitcom and filed a complaint with them too. I also called tmcallerid and let them know that I have filed a complaint with the FTC. Of course no one answered the phone it is a recording. Digitcom said they would disconnect the number...I know this won't stop these fraudulent telemarketers, but one more # gone. If each of us do this every time it happens then maybe someone will shut them down.
File complaints with the FTC. Try to get as much information you can from the caller first.

Got a call from these bastards. When I pressed 1 to speak to someone. Girl answered. I politely, mind you, requested to be removed from their list, and she replied, giggling, "I hate your mom," and then "Your dad has a small penis." My father is deceased.

After googling this number and checking all the forums, someone brilliantly mentioned who these bastards service provider is: DIGITCOM SERVICES, INC. (www.digitcom.net). On their site when you “Lookup a Digitcom number,” 626-273-8276 apparently is being used by some entity called “Telephone Management” (dnc@tmcallerid.com, 866-225-1956). Funny enough, www.tmcallerid.com is TM Caller ID, LLC, 866-708-0401 out of Portland, which is a company that “Manage Your Call Center's Caller ID.” In other words, I don't think that TM Caller ID are the culprits, but rather they are catering to those calling from the 626-273-8276. I haven't contacted TM Caller ID as of yet, but hope this helps.
