I, too have been recieving these phone calls for a month or 2. I look them all up and they come from anywhere from Florida (2 cities), Texas and this California number. All Indian accents, all reading from the exact same script about having my retained attorney call and that it's exteremely time sensitie, and if he doesn''t hear from one of us, he can only wish me luch as the situation unfolds. The caller at no time says the reason for the call. Exhausting.

My caller was "Jack" but he also had a thick middle eastern or Indian accent. I stated that he could NOT call my office phone number, said thank you and hung up. He IMMEDIATELY called back and said that I HAD to call this number. So I called and told them to stop calling me, she read my ss# (VERY SCARY) and asked for my attorney's info. I told her there was NO ATTORNEY and to STOP CALLING. She hung up on me.

Same as everybody else. Same procedures as they did to me at a different number about 9 months ago. Exactly the same wording.

Recieved a call from this number from a (Jeff ) stating that I owed 4000 for a cash advance loan that I knew nothing about and that if I didn't contact them with my attorney I would be arrested at my job. He also said that I would be sent to California to handle the matter. This is a scam and I hope nobody falls for this. They are trying to get money.

This coward name jonny johnson from this # said to call becuz of serious charges on me. I didnt call becuz i knew its a scam. Aall u do is tell them youre reporting them to police dept. Some get pissed off. Its funny.

I'm not sure what company this is. But I received 2 calls at my job , I spoke with Michell Brown (legal affairs) at this number who informed me that I was being sued for non payment and that i needed to give her my attorney information. Also, that it was for Cash Advance Loan. That a police officer would be at my job to arrest me, that a warrant has been placed for my arrest. Even though I haven't received any documentation for a loan company. I called the loan company I have been dealing with and they informed me that this is a scam and they are not sure how this company received any of my information and that they will continue to call my job

caller with thick eastern asian accent (maybe Indian) stating that I needed to call immediately-if I didn't good luck!

THEY SAID I ALL $4,035 DOLLAR FOR CASH ADVANE MONEY

stated that i owed them oney and left threatening msg about I need to have my attorney contact them and if not he wishes me good luck on what happens. Spoke with any other middle eastern people claiming they are attorneys themselves but could clearly hear that it was a call center. Very rude and had no information on what the collection agency was or what the debt was about. Stated that I would go to jail and I would have to pay 4500 in court fees and costs and possibly 6 months in jail. I believe it was a scam because I had no clue what the "attorneys" were talking about.

saying i am supposed to call immediately and otherwise "if i don't hear from you or your retained attorney then i will wish you 'good luck' while the situation unfolds on you" ...said callers name was richibald (sp?) was an eastern indian sounding man... i have not taken out a payday loan and this is a scam.... very creepy. dated: 11/4-2011
