just to advice and ask because some guy call me suppost i'm owe money to cash loan they deposit to my account in january but i'm call the bank to ask if i had a deposit in january 2010 they toll me no

The person said they were from an agency/courthouse, I could not understand them, saying there is a lawsuit under my SS# and name.... If I did not call 616-414-3222 he would have to take further action.

The person said that he was Peter Blake, with some ? courthouse saying there is a complaint filed against my name. If I don't call (616) 414-3222 he would have to issue an arrest warrant.
