this person keeps calling my house. and my wife has already talked to him then he has to call another time so i told him screw off

He called me 6 times today, after the 6th I called him back and told him to stop calling and mentioned that I have already reported him to the FTC and would add to my complaint with each call. He said okay and I hung up.

Received 2 called in same day 2 hours apart. Heavy accent, unable to understand most of what he said, said it was US Treasurer

Heavy accent...sounded like middle eastern...I called the guy back on a cell phone and questioned him and the rat hung up on me..

Three calls in the same day days...Same phone message about Treasury Dept. as mentioned in other comments. Very heavy accent. Definitely a scam!!!

I also received a call saying I would me in front of a grand jury and federal magistrate and ignoring the call would mean willful ignorence of a federal crime! I have got calls like this before telling me that if I paid a fine that nothing would happen the last one said they were with the DEA so I called the DEA office told them the number and the guys name they took the information down and told me ignore it! These guys are looking to prey on people and utilise fear to get money from you don't be fooled federal enforcement does not call you and tell you you are in trouble or you are going to be held liable you will receive an official notice or a visit by law enforcement. My best advice ignore it or block the number if you can

I received the exact same phone call saying not to ignore the call or I would find myself in front of a grand jury. Really? Who are these people?

Received a call from this number stating that should contact them before I am brought up in front of the Grand jury or magistrate about a federal felony case. The says his name is Steve Martin. He has a heavy foreign
Front dialect. The call is out of California. He is calling every two
hours
