I received a phishing phone call from this phone number saying they were from BoA and asking for personal information from me. I said no and they provided me with another number to call back. Bogus as well. These idiots need to be shut down.

The called my house twice, and first time now answer. I work in 626 area code, so I am familiar with it. The second time, he still didn't say anything until after I pushed #69 then hello? He said he was from Bank of America and wanted ME to verify MY adress!! I said no. Then he said that it is really important for me to talk to them aboutmy relationship with them and for me to call them at 877, and I said no and hung up. What is wrong with these people?

I'm on a payment plan with B of A to pay off my credit card with them. The montly payment is automatically deducted from my B of A bank account, but yet they continue to blow up my phone everymonth wanting more money. I'm looking forward to when this card is paid off and I will close all my accounts with them. I wouldn't recommend B of A to my worst enemy.

Will BOA work out a payment plan?....They wait till you go over the limit and you cant pay...this is a scam....I hate BOA....One person tells you one thing another person tells you something different they all lie
