"If you do not wish to receive future calls about our special promotions, press "1" to be placed on the do not call list". I did, and they continue to call several times a day. I have a record of 11 calls since I pressed "1".

They are an energy provider, trying to get you to switch power companies. They have an opt out button but it NEVER takes or works and Im sure it's on purpose.
