called Nevada time at 7:17am Guy answered said Goodafternoon this is Mark at Blue cross Blue Shield. I said really Goodafternoon with a California tel number where exactly are you calling from? He hung up. Guess he didn't understand the question. A@@hole.

they won't leave a message, when you try to call back they won't disclose their name. You don't get to talk to anybody unless you leave your number. Recording says "Customer Communications Platform"

'general counsel for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. They wanted to quote my business on health insurance. I asked that they never call me again and the CSR responded that they would keep calling and then hung up.
