Most certainly a Scammer, didnt have any information about me, but kept asking me to verify my address, SSN, DOB etc, Kept threating a warrant for my arrest, when asked who the warrant would be for they kept saying "you" didnt even have my name... When I asked what street they had for my current address they listed a state I havent lived in or paid taxes in for 20 years, clearly just going off the area code of my number, sorry, but the actual IRS and Social Security have my up to date info, it's like they werent even trying....
