They call at all hours, 7 days a week, NEVER leave a message which tells me they are either a scammer or it's a robocall. My feeling is if they're legit they would have the courtesy to leave a message regarding who they are and the nature of the call. I will NOT answer or call them back until they do so!

Portfolio recovery breaking the law again. Debt collectors are not to be trying to get people to pay on debts during the pandemic and they are trying to trick you into paying off old debts far past the statute of limitations, Garbage !
