I keep getting these calls, I live in Canada, have no contacts in the Illinois area of the USA. No one will answer my question "How did you get this number", then they hang up and call again later on....totally annoying.

I don't even know who they are or why they are calling??? after I ask them how they got this number they hang up.

Receive many calls from this number, I do not answer because number is unrecognizable. Personally never talked with anyone, assumed it was a telemarketing call.

i know this is a scam, but how can we block those numbers?

i never answer the phone when i see that numbers because i know they are just one of scams out there but hey call almost everyday. they are annoying. one time i answer one calle from a different area code and they said i won some money and already in the mail i know it was BULL that is why i don't answer the number i don't know. how can i block those callers?

Telemarketing company for telephone and Internet services wanting to conduct a survey

"Unknown", 630-505-3008 showed in called id which is Illinois area code, but caller claimed to be from Ontario, Canada for "Added Value" Survey Company or Research Company; wanted to do a survey about health insurance. said their callback number was 888-274-2445.
I asked to be put on their do-not-call-list; he claimed not to have one!?!
Can Canadian firms really ignore US law when calling US numbers?

I'm on the do not call list. These people are really irritating me.
