Just wondering why it says "Number not in use" on the caller I.D. It makes me think they are SCAMMERS. When I tried to call it back it was just a busy signal before it disconnected me.

Called several times on 11/25/2013. Did not leave message. Called back and it is a non-working number. Blocking this number now.
They called me at least 12 times in one week, most of them took place when I was at school and my high school almost confiscated my cell phone. They don't leave a message and when I tried to call them back the calls kept failing (I've tried 4-5 times). Apparantly they're from Illinois? My phone is old so it doesn't allow me to block calls so I guess I'm stuck with these imbeciles calling me...ah man! Just got yet ANOTHER call from them...can't pick up still! This is getting on my nerves!!
