I receive a call from this caller numerous times a day everyday. I block the numbers. However, they constantly change the last 4 digits. This is ridiculous. I wish there was a way to stop this madness.

when answered cell dead air and comes up as missed call no message.
same call 1 minute later, spam reduce electric bill, option to be removed from call list pressed. spam
