I did not answer the phone as it was blocked by my phone blocking app. Some of these apps work nicely.

They said I won a free security system. I told them I am a robber, so I couldn't in good conscience support their business.

631 228 9011 called my Cell. as a rule, I don't answer numbers I don't recognize - if it's important, they will leave a VM. same rule applies to home phone and when people come to the door (HIDE!) yes, i am wearing my aluminum foil hat!

This caller is so persistent and even though I told them I live in a gated community, I didn't need a security system and to please stop calling, they still called back. Ha, that is until recently. I searched and found a reliable advise from a comment that said to call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's phone number which was verified as one that is included in their service and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call request list. It'll take them 1-2 business days to process to stop the calls but it does work!

Robo call saying that I had been referred to "win" a free security system, I hit 1 to talk to a human to find out who allegedly referred me. Of course she didn't know, and when I asked for the name of the company and the physical address of the office she was currently calling me from, she hung up.

Said they are a company called Protection Services offering home security systems. I advised that we are a business and they need to remove us from their call list.

Robo Message says "this is not a sales call. You have been referred by a friend or neighbor". It then says it is " giving" a free home security system...
