Insurance - specifically talking about my husband's Medicare coverage. When I took the phone the woman got upset and said "you don't have to be rude. This is a public service." Then she hung up on me before I could finish telling her not to call again.

PAI - They keep calling, usually say nothing when I answer. Except last week - when I kept saying Hello, a woman finally answered with, "what's YOUR problem?" I told her to take my # off their list, but they called again today, and said Nothing again. HOW do we get rid of these people ?? Mine is a Biz #, and I'm on the No Call List !!!
