Have received several calls on my cell asking for someone whom I have never heard of and informed them but they wont stop calling. I have had this number for approximately 6 yrs and apparently the individual that had it before informed anyone that the number was changed or no longer their number.

They keep calling me, but I never answer, and they don't leave a message. I have excellent credit, so it may be my ex-husbands debts, which I have nothing to do with. When I finally got my new husband to call the number back, he said he got an answering service and hung up.
Avoid these people like the plague.

the woman would not give me their address to mail them a letter demanding they stop calling my cellphone. i said, dont you know where you work? she said, thats not who owns us. i said, they can send the mail on. she hung up. so i called back, got the switchboard, found out they are credit smart llc, 273 walt whitman rd #310, huntington sta ny 11746, and sent my letter. i am pretty sure this is a 9 year old divorce-based debt that has been purchased for the zillionth time....

they called me several times and left messages saying their debt collection agency acquired a debt by my name, but gave no specific details about the debt, its amount, etc. Every their message contains a threat of pre-legal action. It is a scam to try and get money out of people.
