Caller said he was Jim from Allstate wanting to save me money on my car insurance. When I asked him who he was calling he hung up

Got call from this number, checked it out online and found it listed for the well-rated charity Why Hunger in Huntington, NY. Since that did not fit with the above comments, I called the Why Hunger headquarters in NYC. They told me they had been hacked. Apparently, someone used their ein number to open several accounts, with a mobile provider, in the Why Hunger name, obviously for scamming purposes. The person I spoke to said they are working with the police to try and resolve this problem and that they were unaware of the website claiming to be them and located in Huntington, but took down the information to give to the police.
