The caller stated to the consumer, she had a computer virus and needed to log onto the computer, so the caller may have the info. addressed about the virus.

Said it was an EMERGENCY, that's why they are calling so early, someone downloaded a virus on our computer, they will tell me what to do fix it

they called and said they were calling from windows security and my computer was sending out error messages. please sit in front of my computer and they will tell me what to do. i hung up.
