Yup, payday loan scam.

Payday loan Scam. Violation of the FCC Do No Call registry.

This number has called me a few times; they said I had an "opportunity" to help fix my credit with a payday loan. ?? Credit is not broken, so it doesn't need fixed. Just a bunch of scammers. My friend's mom, though, panicked about possible identity theft ruining her credit, and they offered to check what was wrong with her credit--she was halfway through giving info, when she snapped back to reality and hung up.

Phishing for information. This call was from Payday Loan Company. They said that we had been pre-approved for a loan of $X and should respond with our special key code # to finalize the loan. This is not an identity theft situation, just a spam call.
