Got the call and no one responded

My called ID said this call came from Amitville, NY. I answered and said hello 3 times. I received no response.
Caller Unknown...Amityville, NY . a recording something about vehicle registration. I hung up bc they have called my phone from several different numbers everytime I block the previous.
