They called at exactly 9:00AM..that was my first clue it was someone I didn't want to talk to...when I tried to call back it was a fax...I am on the no call registry..a lot of good that does

Sounded like fax machine - same as similar call from different number I got once. When I did a web search regarding the initial phone number it too was associated with a solar panel/renewable energy *scam*

Called. I listened to pre-recorded message to get to a human. when I did I advised I was on the DoNotCall list. Person stated "OK, you must stay on the line for me to get you off the list." Then he followed with "Hello, you there?" The line went dead. Certain they record the calls and wanted "proof" they gave me a chance to get off their list but either I hung up or we simply lost connection.
