I received a missed call. checked my messages and it said I was being sued by the IRS and call them before it goes to court. When I called the number back they started asking me for my info and before I gave them any info I asked about the voice mail that was left and they hung up on me. The IRS will never make any calls to you . This is a scam never believe anything they say

I just got a call too that I owe them money not so much this a scam. I don't owe any money please help stop them such fraud.

They claim to be the IRS and that a lawsuit is being filed against you. People, be smart, their accent is very heavy, they talk without specifics, and when you question them they don't know what you are saying. THEY ARE NOT THE IRS! The IRS will NEVER call you. They will respond in written communication only.

Message left and returned call. An indian gentlemen by the name of David Marshal instructed me that an audit was being done on my account and that the case was going to court.
