My answering machine picked this call. Caller said my , then said my name several times then said "lame" I think the caller was lame for not knowing he was talking to an answering machine

Need annoying calls to stop from this number. Caller needs to learn the English language or maybe this is a learning session, paid for by the government for new "IMMIGRATION" program.

Someone should be able to stop this type call. Thank you.
