Recorded female telemarketer voice saying we qualified for a pay day loan up to $1300. This is a scam. We did not apply for payday loan.

I did not answer, an automatic voicemail was left that said I had recently applied for a payday loan (False) which I was subsequently denied (also False) Instructed me to go to www.winterpay.com and enter a promo code because they had "reversed their decision" and now I was approved for a loan up to $1300.00... As I understand the first two parts of their assumption to be completely False because I neither need a loan nor applied for a loan, then I will assume the rest of their statement is False forming my opinion this Must be a Scam.... Thanks, Happy Holidays
