Same as everyone here, auto call claiming I have been approved for a loan I never applied for! :I would really like to cause these kind a problem. Can we complain to someone about them calling my cell phone?

Didn't answer I know its a scam. It's the holidays and that's when I receive these calls.. Not Stupid...

wow, happy holidays, winterpayfund.com .scam more like it. Apparently they just want to lend me money for my holiday spending...in january. automated call. delete.

Called my cell phone a few minutes ago (1/5/15 11AM PST). Did not recognize number so I forced it to voicemail. Robocall left message saying I recently applied for a pay day loan (a lie) and that my application received a second look and I'm now qualifed for up to $1350 if I enter my "approval code" at www.winterpay.com.

Payday loan scam through winterpay.com. I keep blocking their numbers but they call from a new one, once a week.
I have filed a complaint with the FTC but so far that hasn't done much to stop them from calling.
