To lower my interest rate. I advised the caller that I do not do business with the company, and that I am on the Do Not Call list. The caller, identified himself as Jason or Jack White, and he said that is his real legal name. He said he was calling from Card Services. Asked to speak to his manager and he denied. I advised him that he and his company are violating the DNC law, and he said he did not care. He said he and his company will not only continue to call, but will do so more frequently.
