Credit card interest rate reduction

Card Services: The company has a robo-call offer to reduce the credit card rates, with "this is the second call and there are only a few days left for this offer." The person picks up the call and is evasive on the phone about which bank credit card is represented. When I asked which bank they represented to reduce my rates, the caller hung up. Each time the call comes in from a different phone number, with the same name. Often we do no answer the call.

They are Offering Card Services

1) On 11/30/2012 I told Shawn that I do not have any Charge Cards, and I asked him to remove me from their Calling List, which I already did this back on 4/13/12 when I talked to Donny. I asked Shawn why he was calling me when I do not hav any charge cards, and he hung up on me.

2) On 4/13/2012 I actually received a conformation # of 36629874 from Donny, then I asked him to remove me from their Calling list, and Donny hung up on me.
