This scammer continues to call numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They also fail to provide a phone number or address when requested, further violating the TCPA. They repeatedly call numbers after being asked to remove the number from their call list, yet further violating the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim's accounts have been reviewed and that the victim has been qualified for a guaranteed discount loan. This is clearly a scam, as no legitimate financial institution would use this kind of sham marketing to try to solicit business. Do not provide this scammer with any financial or personal information.
