Yes they call me every day on my cell phone and my home phone about lowering my credit card interest rate. DAHHHHH!!! I do not have a credit card. And yes, I got the final call message too. Guess what they called me again today.

Repeated unwanted calls on my cell. When this caller leaves a message, it's always about 4 seconds of silence and then a robot says: "goodbye." Calling my cell phone for weeks with the same pattern and would not stop calling. Extremely annoying.

Me too exactly the same CallControl app for android blocks it every time for me!

Repeating unwanted, unsolicited calls. Won't stop calling.
Sometimes this caller leaves a voice massage of about 4 seconds of silence and then an automated voice saying "Goodbye".

Answered the phone it was a recording about student loans. It sounded like it was a message played over a tape recorder with the phone held up to the phone and if you press 1 then they would take the recorder away from the phone and proceed to do something for you. Perhaps take all your information??

Men twice have called to leave a message that some unnamed person in at my phone is wanted in a deposition and that we have only a finite amount of time to call back. This is the 2nd time in 6 months they've called.
