I told them I wasn't interested that I was already a student and she's says well we will try you back at a later time when your in a better mood and feeling better then hung up. I blocked them from my phone.

maybe you all should teach your "phone center reps" to be a little nicer to people and they may get better responses. Instead they just want to hang up on you when you are telling them something. Invest your time and money to someone that can speak better English since we are in the US and better manners. end of rant.

I said not interested no courtesy they just hung up.
