The phone calls I get show this number,which is a local number for me. However, when I tried to redial, I was instructed that I had to dial a "1" or a "0". So I treated it as a long distance call. I let the phone ring several times. Never an answer. Never an automatic voice mail option. I have blocked this number and they have called me twice already today.

For me, they did leave a voicemail. It was a message for "anyone who has a life insurance policy from Lincoln Heritage."
This was my comment. Forgot to mention that the call came in around 7:30am on a Sunday.
Received a call from 636.243.0450 at 1900.
Did not answer unknown number.
No message left from caller.
Multiple calls, sometimes several in a row, no voice messages left. Caller blocked. Appears to be a "spoofed" local number (near St. Louis, MO). God bless call block!
