These people are calling me constantly and at inappropriate hours as well. I haven't spoken to any of them.. and I am very glad I found this page. Citimortgage is accepting the money I am sending them. So, I don't nee dtospeak with these people.

We are in the loan modification process So I answered it.
Some woman shouts "Its your phone! I think you missed it!"
From what I can tell Citi Mortgage has hired a low class collection system to call people behind on thier mortgages and these calls are often poor quality. based on today I am guess they use a virtuial call center. Meaing they pay people to work the calls from home. The system calls the worker than the victim and links them.
Given I am in active communicaiton with the company and I am not interestested in playing games with preditors.. I have blcked this one number. I will call the Mortage company myself.

This number is the reason I purchased the pro version of Call Control.
I thought it was a collection agency. But according to this website it is citimorgage?
I dont have a morgage, so not sure why they keep bothering me.
But no more! Thanks to CC!

I get a call from this number and say hello. No response. I hang up and immediately my business phone rings. No response. I do not have caller ID on the business phone, but it is always exactly the same, first a call to my cellphone from this number followed immediately by a call to my business. It affects business negatively as employees get angry when dragged away from operations and customers.

I have gotten calls from this number before with response and the caller sounds foreign, always. They even call on Sunday.

My caller ID says it is Citimortgage and the caller says she/he is with Citimortgage and because I am in the process of a mortgage modification with them I always answer the phone, but we are always getting disconnected...sometimes after they place me on a long hold. Mortgage Outreach Services, who are compiling the modification package for Citimortgage tells me that my package is complete and soon will be sent to Citimortgage. They prequalified me for the reduced payment and I have paid exactly as they instructed me. I have called Citimortgage regarding these calls and they say the calls will continue until the modification is finalized. These calls are constant. They begin at 8:00 AM and continue, nearly hourly until late in the evening. Even on Sundays I don't get a break.

Answer phone and no one speaks. Let it go to voice mail and they do not leave a message.
