They tell you that they can get you lower rates on your credit cards and to press 1 to connect to a live representative. When you get connected, they try to get your account numbers and tell you that the office phone number is 212-660-2245, the NYC Rejection Line. They tell you that they don't have a home office address and if you continue to ask too many questions, they hang up on you.

the caller always implies to be from "MY" Credit Card Company. But will not identify themselves. The caller implies they can save me on interest rates if I give them all my credit card numbers and personal information.
