This same company just called me and when I answered the phone they did not say anything for about 30 seconds and then hung up. I called the number back using *67 to block my number yet they still knew who I was. How in the hell did they circumvent the caller ID blocking? Regardless, they told me the same thing, that there was a lawsuit against me and I would have to be in court TOMORROW MORNING. (That right there told me it was a scam). Besides the fact that they claim to be "The Law Offices of the United States Credit Service" and not a single person speaks English very well.
So I asked them Who was suing me and they would not give me any information at all. They only insisted that I give them MY personal information. I told them that I knew this was a scam and that I was going to report them to the US Fraud Hotline and to the FCC and then I told them DO NOT call me again. As soon as I hung up the phone, they actually had the nerve to call me right back. I told them if they called again that I was have them charged with harassment. They called me back 3 more times before they finally quit. Even when you tell them that you know this is a scam, they STILL try to pretend like they are legitimate and this is for real.
WHY can't the government shut down these parasites?
Why can't the phone companies shut these people down?
It's ridiculous that they are allowed to continue scamming people out of their hard earned money.

I received multiple calls today, one was just a hang up. When I refused to verify my personal information, I was informed, in very broken English, that I was being sued. Would not give any additional details, other than it was by US Credit Services. Would not tell me why, what for, or any other information. Was then asked how I plan to handle it, and I let the caller know that I wasn't - that I had received this same call about a year ago, reported it as being a scam back then. Caller then told me fine, they would meet me at the courthouse tomorrow morning. Again, never stating which courthouse, where at the courthouse, or any other details. These calls used to say that your Social Security Number was being sued, not the individual person. Numbers can't be sued, and i when I pointed that out, I was yelled at and hung up on. Will be putting the number on my block list and reporting it to the FCC again.

I was called twice today and left a very un-proffessional voice message, this is very irratating and should be stopped. I called them back and i asked the gal with an Indonesian accent to stop calling my number and was hung up on, But voice message stated the same as in the rest of these comments, contact, pay or be arrested, well fortunatley i went through this last year, Different number and well im still employed, have not been served, so why dont these scammers get REAL job's and stop trying to break down the hard working AMERICANS that work their buts off to support their familys, I call this LAZINESS and UN -AMERICAN!!!!

I just received a call from this number. This is not legit, no lawyer would call and ask for your lawyers info. You also cannot be arrested for a civil case. If this were actually real, you would be served with a subpoena. Do not verify any info even if what they ask is correct.

Pretending to be law office and claims i owe money for money that was supposedly put in my acct. Heavy Indian accent
