rec'd call july 16th at 10;30 recording. said "IRS ...final chance.filing lawsuit against you. Please call the 646-213-2852 immediately"

They claim to be with the Kings County Supreme Court in Financial law department located at 360 Adams St. Brooklyn, NY 11201. I looked them up and Yes the address is for the Kings County Supreme Court in New York, however from the email I received back from the true Kings County Supreme Court in New York stated:
“Thank you for accessing the NYS Unified Court System website. There have been many complaints regarding these "scam" calls. First of all the telephone number your provided is not a valid number to any or the Kings County courthouses and New York State Court employees do not call and threaten people to make payments on past due accounts. Please see the attached link to the FBI website with warnings to the public about these types of calls. http://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/paydayloanscam_120710”
They would keep calling Me and once I had received the email from Kings County Supreme Court in New York and I told them I knew for a fact they are a scam, they hung up, then about 10 minutes later I had a voice mail and it was a recording of the Fake Kings County Supreme Court in Financial law department calling the San Antonio Police department wanting to file a harassment charge against Me, the message had Me laughing because the dispatcher keep asking for the address for the police to come to there location to file the police repost, they person keep giving them my address here in Iowa and would not give them there correct address at all, then the caller got upset and was yelling at the dispatcher telling them to have the police come and arrest me, was funny to listen to.
The bottom line is these people are scammers and yes they seem to have a nice set up to route and hide there real address, if a person asks for there mailing address to send them mail they do give a real address for the real court house and you would be none the wiser, however they only want your banking information to steal your money. So don’t give them your information.
Please know it is NOT a criminal matter if a person has a debit, it is a civil matter, so when they say the FBI or local police department will be showing up at your door be it home or work, just laugh and say thank you. As anyone of you who have heard the people speaking they are not of American decent but rather from India and they do not real know the Federal, State and local laws what so ever, so anytime they call log it and file a complaint.

I keep receiving these calls about my alleged defaulted debt, I called it back and I got a woman who told me that if I did take action that by tomorrow morning it would be turned over to some department and they will deal with me or an officer would show up at my job and handle it. First she didn't tell me how much it was and she wouldn't give me any information about the company she worked for. She also had all of my information as well. I also told her I looked up their number and there were several complaints against them. She stopped talking to me, but I could hear talking in background, then she finally just hung up.
