This person calling from 646-213-2853 called on July 12, 2016 and indicated he was from the IRS. He also had a foreign accent and had my name and address, along with my phone number of course. I simply said if he was from the IRS, they can issue me something in the US MAIL. He went on to say, something was sent, and I simply replied that I am home day and evening, and I always check my mail and then I said he and this number would be reported.
