This "Steve Martin" left a message advising me not to ignore the call and indicated that there was to be action taken against me and that I needed to appear before a federal magistrate. Sufficiently alarmed, I called back, but the person who answered spoke poor English and asked for my social security number. I told him he was a scam artist and hung up.

Same call as the others. It appears to be a computer voiced call. Wonder what country you really end up calling and the cost.

At 7:42am in Louisiana received a call from a Steve Martin on my landline phone . The phone no. is under my 92year old mother's name. Phone call was broken up like bad connection. It was regarding enforcement action before magistrate judge or grand jury for criminal offense. I don't believe the government calls people in the first place. And he never called for a specific person. It's a scam. I checked this number out on google . It seems this "Steve Martin" has been busy.
