Today is 31 December 2020. I received two voice messages from this company asking for me to return their call at (833) 355-7037. The first call was from a man named Orlando. The second was the auto-dialer. I use ROBOKILLER on my phone and it is very accurate. It did not identify the number of this topic as a scam or stolen number. After reading all of this I decided to call the 833 number to see if they were on the up and up. This company is not, I repeat, NOT, a scam operation. Anyone claiming that is mistaken.

I just spoke to these people and they are legitimate! They DO work with/for Humana. They basically just confirm upcoming procedures and answer any questions that the client may have. They remind the client to bring their photo ID, Human card and any paperwork that they may have received from the doctor ordering the procedure.

The person to whom I spoke was very polite, did NOT ask for anything other than my birthdate and zip code for security purposes. I told the representative of what I had found here and on other such sites and that their overpaid lead bottoms should start earning their paychecks and see all of this misinformation then deal with it. I could hear the keyboard as he typed up this information to his superiors.

Again, I am stating that the information claiming that this is a scam operation is not true. It is perfectly safe to call this number and deal with them.
